i have the same big problem with my loan the fraud is alot on mine i have been fighting for 3 years to hold on to my home. i tried every company out there to get remodified but they all said no for one reason or another.i finally found a lawyer that knows all to well of all this fraud & is for the people not the banks. i don't know how to type & my story with my mortgage is much too lone for me to type. i am willing to go with you to the capitol if need be , but i was not remodified, im still fighting the whole thing with my new for the 6th time of being sold mort. co from cal. with my lawyer she is going all the way with the major bad mortgages . if any one needs more info you can reach me through here, i will give you my # or you can send me yours to tell all. but if i can still join your group to protest then i sure will be there. these banks have to be stopped, in the mean time ppl are getting further & further & deeper in trouble then what ,there will be no way out for us. the longer they keep us in limbo the better it looks for them. pat corio
I really agree that the big banks have been using the goverment loan modification program to make their revenue. They took 45 billion dollars and more and more from the goverment from our taxes and leaving American working middle class people to become a homeless.
